Spider-woman/Jessica Drew. Pencil on 11x16 Bristol paper.
I did this mainly as a study of form, using this excellent photograph ([link]) by *ABrito as reference as well as inspiration (you'll see what I mean).
however, i wanted the character in costume so I also tried here to render different fabric textures, and altered the lighting a bit.
in all this was a great learning exercise, and any advice and critique is, as always, appreciated.
